Materials needed:
A tube, I used one from ©GiadaC, available at www.digitalartheaven.com

Filters used:
Mura's Meister: Copies
Eye Candy5: Textures
AAAFrames: Fotoframe

Let's begin
Open a new image 600x250
Copy your tube and paste as a new layer
Mura's meister: copies -> Wallpaper rotate, default settings.

Adjust, Blur, Motion blur: Angle 135, Strength 75%

Duplicate this layer.
on the duplicate:
Effects, plugins, EyeCandy5, Textures, Stone wall.
At the settings tab choose: Blue Stone
At the basic tab choose a vibrant color from your tube as stone color and a light color from your tube for the mortar color.

Set the blend mode for this layer to screen ( or any other blend mode that fits your liking)
Layers, merge down

Copy your tube again and paste as a new layer.
Move to the right, and resize if needed, add drop shadow.
Now crop your whole image.

Activate the merged brick wall layer, with your selection tool :rectangle, draw a selection from left to right that will only contain the stones, just stop when you are getting near your tube.
Selections: Promote selection to layer, select none.
Effects: Distortion effects, Ripple and apply these settings:

Copy your tube and paste as a new layer.
Image, mirror and place it on the left side of your tag.
​Set the blend mode of this layer to screen
 ( or any other blend mode that fits your liking)
Layers, merge visible
​Effects, plugins, AAAframes, fotoframe.
Use the default setting but the first slider(width) must be set on 10.

Add the copyright and license info, your name and done :)

Materials needed

Filters:
Mura's Meister: Copies & Perspective Tiling
​Xero: Fritillary
​Graphics Plus: Cross shadow
​AAAFrames: Foto frame


Let's begin:

New image 600x500 transparant
Copy your tube and paste as a new layer
Mura's meister Copies, wallpaper rotate, default settings
Crop your whole image.
Adjust, blur, motion blur --> Angle 45, strength 100%
Repeat 2 times
Effects, edge effects, enhance more
Duplicate this layer.
Image, mirror.
Change the opacity of this layer to 50%
Merge layers down. Rename this BG layer

Duplicate this layer
Effects, Xero Fritillary

Rename this layer Tiling

Activate BG layer in your layer palette
​Effects, Graphics Plus, Cross shadow, default settings
Copy your tube and paste as a new layer, Move to the left
Set the blend mode to overlay and opacity to 70%
Merge down.

Paste your tube again as a new layer
Image, mirror, move to the right and resize to your liking.
Add drop shadow to your liking.

Activate Tiling layer.
With your magic wand click on the transparant part of your layer
Selections, invert
Go to your tube layer and hit delete.
Select none.


Layers, arrange,  move up.
Crop your whole image.
Duplicate your tube layer.
Image, flip.
Move this layer down until it alligns with the bottom of the tag.
​Use the arrow keys on your keyboard for more controle.
With your deform tool, grab the middle top point and drag it down until you reach the beginning of the tiling layer.
Adjust, blur gaussian blur, 2.00
Move this layer below your tube layer.
Set the blend mode to overlay.

Layers, merge visible.
Effects, AAA Frames, Foto frame

Picture

Selections, select all, selections contract 12 pixels.
Selections invert.
Edit, copy
Select none
Image add borders, symmetrical 20 pix, white ( or any other color you like )
Select the border with your magic wand
Edit, Paste into selection.
Select none.

Resize your tag to 600 pix width
Add your license and the correct copyright info
and your name

Luminance twirls

What do we need:
Filters: Mura's Meister: Copies
             VM Distortion: Radiator II & Radiator III
              Graphics Plus: Emboss
              Toadies: Weaver
And a tube
I used one from ©Sarah Pauline @ Digital art heaven
Let's get busy


Open a new canvas 900x500 transparant.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
Mura's meister copies, wallpaper rotate, default settings
Adjust, blur, gaussian blur : 7

Effects, VM Distortion, Radiator III, Default settings.


Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
Move to the left, set blendmode to luminance legacy & opacity to 50%
Merge down.
Crop merged opaque.

Effects. Graphics plus, emboss, default settings


Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
Image, mirror.
Effects, Toadies, weaver, default settings
Effects. Graphics plus, emboss, default settings
Move to the right.


Add a new layer.
Make a custom selection:
top 190. left 0. right 900, bottom 200.
Flood fill with white.Duplicate this layer and make the top one invisible in your layer palette
Select none


Activate the original white line.
Effects, VM Distortion, Radiator III, Default settings.
Adjust, blur, gaussian blur: 4
Effects, Distortion effects, twirl = 720


Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
Image, mirror.
Move to the right, i resized mine by 80%, add shadow to your likings.


Make the duplicate white line layer visible again.
Effects, VM Distortion, Radiator II, Default settings.
Adjust, blur, gaussian blur :4
If this layer doesn't compliment your tube, or just isn't showing pretty, you can move it to your likings until it fits :)


Layers, merge visible, crop merged opaque.


Copy the image, it will stay on the clipboard.
Image, add borders, 2 pix black
Image, add borders, 20 pix any color but black
Select the colored border with your magic wand, feather & tolerance = 0
Paste into selection
Effects, VM Distortion, Radiator III, Default settings.
Adjust, blur, gaussian blur : 4
Select none


Image, add borders, 2 pix black
Resize your tag and then add copyright & license info & your name

And you are done

Materials used:
A scrapkit from Schnegges Scraps found here
A tube from ©Sherri Baldy from MTA here
A mask from Weescotslass #255 here

Filters used:
Eye Candy 4000: HSB Noise
----------------------------------------------
Let's Begin
New Image 600x600 pix. 72 dpi transparant.
Copy Paper 04 and paste as a new layer.
Apply the mask and merge group.

Copy frame02 and paste as a new layer.
Select the inside of the frame, selection, expand by 1 pix.
New layer.
Copy bubble and paste into selection.
Select none and move the bubble layer below the frame.
Activate the top layer.

Copy leaves and paste as a new layer, resize a little and move to the right.
Copy flower01 and paste as a new layer, resize by 50% move it on top of the leaves and duplicate this layer and move it again (see my tag)

Copy heart and paste as a new layer, move to the left.
Copy bird, paste as a new layer, image mirror.
Resize by 60%. Place on top of the heart.

Copy and paste your tube, resize if desired.
Copy and paste frog as a new layer, resize by 60%.

Give everything a dropshadow as desired.
Add the correct © & license info and your name.

If you do not wish to animate you can save it as jpg or png. And you are done.

If you want to animate read further.
Add a white layer atthe bottom of your tag.
Activate the layer with the heart.
Apply HSB noise with these settings.

Copy merged and paste into Animation Shop as a new animation.
Go back to PSP, undo the HSB, apply HSB noise again but hit random seed once.
Copy merged and paste in AS after current frame.
Do this a few more times untill you have a total of 5 frames in AS
Select all frames and set the frame properties to 25.


Save as gif :)

Materials used in this tut:
-A ftu scrapkit form Tasha's playground called The Red, White & Blue
-A forum template by spawn, #120 here
-A tube from Sharron Wiley @ MTA
-The filters mura's Meister: Copies & Eyecandy 4000 :Gradient glow



Let's Begin


Open up the template, duplicate ( SHIFT+D) and close the original.
Delete the credits layer.
Activate main background:
Selections, select all
Copy paper 10 and paste into selection, select none


Delete the Background circles layer.
Activate left circle background and drag this one layer down.
Now you can merge the left  & right circle layer to one layer.
Do the same with the left & right circle layers, merge them to one layer.


Activate the merged left & right background layer.
Selections, select all, float, defloat, selections invert.
Copy paper11 and paste as a new layer. Hit Delete.Select none.
Delete the original layer.


Activate the merged left & right circle layer.
Adjust, add noise: Uniform, 100%, Monochrome checked.
Adjust, colorize, choose a red color.
Merge down.


Activate middle circle background.
Selections, select all, float, defloat, selections invert.
Copy paper13 and paste as a new layer. Hit Delete.Select none.

Delete the original layer.


Activate the middle circle border.
Adjust, add noise: Uniform, 100%, Monochrome checked.
Merge down.



Copy heartbrad and paste as a new layer.
Select the heart on the inside with your magic wand.
Selections, expand by 10 pix.
Make a new layer under the heartbrad layer.
Copy paper 10 and paste into selection.
Do not de-select yet.


Copy your tube and move the face (or an other part) into the heart frame.
Selections invert and hit delete. Select none.
Merge down.
Activate the heartbrad layer.
Copy star4 and paste as a new layer, move it to the right side ( look at my tag for reference).
Layers duplicate, image mirror, merge down.


Now crop merged opaque (crop your whole image).
You can add shadow to the different elements and layers as you like.
When you are done, merge visible.


Image, canvas size: 700x500 pix, position is centered.
Add a drop shadow.
Effects, mura's meister, copies :After image(rotate random) default settings.


Copy wordart and paste as a new layer.
Effects, eyecandy 4000, gradient glow.
Set glow width to 3 and choose a red color or blue.
Move it a bit to the right and up.


Copy and paste your tube as a new layer, Position where you like and add a drop shadow.
If you are happy, crop merged opaque.
Resize if needed , don't resize after you put on the copyright and license info.
I resized mine to 550 pix width and sharpened every layer once.


Add the correct copyright and license info on the tag and add your name


You are done, save as jpg or png

City Games

Materials needed:
-A kit of choice, I used Attitude by Tasha's Playground (FTU)
-A tube of choice, I used one by Tony T
-A mask of choice, I used Vix_Mask374


Let's Begin:
Open a new image 800x800 pix, transparent
( I like to work big , we will crop and resize when we are done)

Selections, select all.
Open paper 8 and paste into selection, deselect.
Apply the mask and merge group.


Open frame and paste as a new layer.
Open flowers and paste as a new layer. Place on the bottom left of the frame. Layers duplicate, image mirror, merge down and add drop shadow.
Open strap and paste as a new layer, move to bottom of the frame and add shadow.
Open leaf, paste as a new layer, move to the left of the strap, duplicate, mirror and merge down, apply a shadow.



Open flower, paste as a new layer, move left on top of the leaf, duplicate, mirror and merge down, apply a shadow.
Open bottlecap, paste as a new layer. Image free rotate, 15 degrees to the left. Place on the left flower, duplicate, mirror, merge down and add shadow.
Open dice, paste as a new layer, place it between the bottle caps and add dropshadow.

Activate your mask layer.
New raster layer, grab your selection tool rectangle and draw a rectangle on top of your frame.

Open paper10 and paste into selection. Leave selection running.
Open scatter and paste into selection. Leave selection running.
New raster layer.
Open cityscape and paste into selection. Deselect. Give the cityscape a shadow.


Activate your frame layer. Add drop shadow.
Now copy and paste your tube as a new layer, remove any parts that you see sticking out at the bottom. Add shadow.


To make the tube black and white I used effects, photo effects, black and white film.
I just hit the little dice a few times until I find the one I like, it is different for every tube.


When your done, crop merged opaque.
I resized my tag to 550 pix width.


Now you can add the copyright info, credits and your name
Save as jpg or png

Let's begin
 
Open your tube and mask in psp.
Open a new image, 500x500 white background.
New layer, select all, copy paper04 and paste into selection, select none.
Apply your mask.Merge group.
 
Now here is something different, instead of telling you where to put all the elements I have made a tag-build-up animation to show you how I did mine.
The original idea for this animation comes from René Kunert aka giZZy, and I was given permission to use it in my tutorials, Thank you giZ you're the best!!

The animation starts after I have applied the mask.

When you are done, add dropshadow to your likings, add your tube, name and the correct copyright info on the tag.
Now onto the animation.
 
Copy merged and paste into AS ( animationshop).
Go back to PSP.
Close out the tube in the frame.
Copy merged and paste into AS after current frame.
Copy the first frame, and paste after the second.
So now you have 3 frames.
Select the middle one, hold CTRL and click on the first.
Go to Effects, Insert image transition and choose Checker Wipe with these settings.

Click customize and set horizontal & vertical checkers to 10
Click OK

Now do the same transition with your last 2 frames of your animation.
And you are done :)

-My materials, containing a starry overlay and wordart


Let's begin...
Open new file 600x600 transparent
Selections, select all
Copy paper2.png and paste into selection
Selections contract 30 pixels, selections – modify feather – 30 pixels
Selections invert, hit DELETE twice
Selections, Select None

Copy and paste my starry overlay as a new layer.

Copy Ilex2.png and paste as a new layer
Drop Shadow of choice
Place  in the lower left corner
Layer duplicate, Image flip
Layer merge ,merge down
Layer Duplicate, Image mirror
Layer merge ,merge down

Copy RibbonFrame1.png and paste as a new layer
Image, resize 80%, all layers not checked
With your magic wand select insde the frame
Selections, modify, expand 8 pixels
Copy paper6.png and paste as a new layer
Selections, invert, hit delete
Selections, select None
Layers, arrange, move down

Activate your frame layer
Layers duplicate
Copy your tube and paste as a new layer
Resize if needed and place little to the left side of the frame ( see example)
Layers arrange, move down
Give the lower frame Drop Shadow of choice.
With your eraser erase the bits of your tube that are below the frame
Activate your upper frame layer and erase the pieces that covers the head

Duplicate  your upper frame
Copy Cane1.png and paste as a new layer
Layers, arrange, move down
Image, Free Rotate..  90 degrees left, all layers not checked
Image, Flip, place the cane  on the bottom left side( See exaple)
Give Drop Shadow of choice
Activate the upper frame and erase the bottom side which covers the cane

Copy ball7.png and paste as a new layer
Place the ring in the middle of the knot from the frame
Give Drop Shadow of choice
Copy Flower3.png and paste as a new layer
Image, resize 40%, all layers not checked
Adjust, Sharpness, sharpen
Give drop shadow of choice and place the flower on the top of the string 

Copy my wordart and paste as a new layer
Place the wordart in the ball

You are done !
Add your name, correct copyright & license info on the tag after you have resized.
